[Order Cancellation] Why was my order automatically canceled by Shopee?

Shopee will automatically cancel your order if:

  • Payment is not completed within the specified time.

  • The seller does not ship the order within the Days to Ship (DTS). The order will be canceled within 72 hours.

    • Sellers must ship within the DTS period, excluding weekends and public holidays. DTS ranges from 2 to 30 days, depending on whether the product is ready stock or a pre-order.

  • The seller has been inactive for over 7 days.

  • The order/product listing violates Shopee Policy.

 

⚠️ Note

· If you have rejected COD orders in the past 90 days, your COD will be disabled. You may use other payment options during this time.

· If your order is canceled and marked as RTS (Return to Seller), redelivery requests are not possible.

· For paid or non-COD orders, you’ll receive a refund upon cancellation, allowing you to repurchase the item. For COD, wait until the order is canceled to avoid duplicate orders.

· Shopee Coins and Vouchers will be refunded within 24-48 hours after cancellation.
